Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know which service I need?
Start from the problem, not the product. If your goal is a reliable online presence, you need VPS hosting; if it is a new website or app, web or Android development; if your team struggles with disconnected tools and manual work, an ERP system. Tell us the outcome you want in the free consultation and we will map it to the right service, and say plainly when you need less than you expect.
Can I combine more than one service?
Yes, and most clients do. The services are built to work together: we host what we develop on our own VPS infrastructure, and the ERP systems we deploy run on the same stack. One team carries the whole chain, so there is no blame game between a hosting provider and a development agency.
Do I need hosting if I only want a website or app built?
Not from us. We can deliver the source code and deploy it on infrastructure you already own or with another provider. Hosting with us is an option, never a requirement, although most clients keep the project here so support covers both the code and the server.
Can you take over a project that another team built?
Yes. We first audit the existing code, infrastructure, and data, then hand you a written assessment of what is reusable and what needs rebuilding, before any contract. You keep full ownership of everything the previous team delivered.
Who owns the code and the infrastructure when the project finishes?
You do. All source code, design assets, and credentials are handed over on request, and infrastructure provisioned in your account stays yours. We do not lock clients in: our maintenance plans are optional and cancellable with a full handover.
How fast can a project start?
Usually within one week of approving the proposal. Hosting plans and VPS setups are live the same day, and development projects start as soon as the scope is signed off. The consultation itself is free and typically takes under an hour.
