What should I write in the message?
A short description of what you want to build or fix, your goals, your timeline, and any budget range in mind. The more specific you are, the more precise our first reply will be. Plain language is fine; you do not need technical terms.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. The first consultation costs nothing and carries no obligation. You get a clear opinion on scope, approach, and cost, and then you decide whether to continue.
What happens after I send the message?
We reply with questions or a short call to understand the requirement, then send a written proposal with milestones and pricing. Once you approve it, development starts and you receive progress updates every week.
Do you work with clients outside Egypt?
Yes. We work remotely with clients in the Gulf, Europe, and beyond, in Arabic and English. We handle different time zones and can schedule calls at times that suit you.
Will my idea or business data stay confidential?
Yes. Every conversation is confidential by default, and we are happy to sign an NDA before you share details. Your information is never shared with third parties.
